We are seeking a skilled Stripe specialist to lead the implementation and management of our payment platform.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered a full Stripe implementation and can act as the subject-matter expert for all payment-related systems and operations.

Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end implementation of Stripe modules, configuring workflows for invoicing, recurring billing, chargebacks, and refunds, managing Stripe accounts, user roles, permissions, and integrations with other systems, ensuring compliance with PCI, GDPR, KYC, and other regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the role involves designing and maintaining API integrations between Stripe and internal platforms, building and managing test data environments to simulate payment flows and edge cases, automating transaction scenarios for validation and regression testing, implementing monitoring, logging, and alerts to ensure reliability and transparency of payment flows.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for translating business process flows into Stripe configurations, collaborating with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve accuracy, troubleshooting and resolving payment issues, disputes, and operational bottlenecks, and providing internal training, documentation, and ongoing support for Stripe usage.
