Job Overview

As a senior actuarial pricing professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing healthcare insurance products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative healthcare insurance products that address emerging trends and customer preferences.
  2. Develop and maintain advanced predictive models to estimate product performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Provide expert guidance on actuarial matters, including rate filings, product development, and regulatory affairs.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize product profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Qualified Actuary (QIA) or nearing completion;
  • 10-14 years of experience in health insurance pricing, product development, predictive modeling, rate filings, and regulatory compliance;
  • Expertise in actuarial modeling and statistical software (R, SAS, Python, Emblem, Radar, SQL, advanced Excel);
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances;
