Job Opportunity for Skilled Engineers

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with a strong background in field instrument design, control systems, and automation. They will be responsible for preparing and reviewing design deliverables, participating in inter-disciplinary activities, and performing hands-on calculations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Field Instrument Design:

• Preparation, review, and approval of design deliverables including design basis, instrument index and I/O list, instrument datasheets, installation drawings and hookups, level sketch, instrument location lay outs, cable tray lay outs, control room lay outs, cable and junction box schedule, wiring and interconnection drawings, hygienic instruments and fittings, functional loop schematics, loop wiring diagram, shutdown narratives and logic diagrams, MTO, and tender.

• Experience in preparation, review, and approval of procurement deliverables including material requisition, TBE, purchase requisition, and vendor drawing review and approvals.

Control Systems:

• DCS, ESD (SIS), PLCs, package control systems, fire & gas systems (FGS).

• DCS: Yokogawa, Emerson, Siemens.

• Lead instrumentation engineer for mid to large scale chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.

• Estimation of engineering efforts, client meetings and reviews, site surveys, and reports.

 

Requirements:

• Good communication and mid-level managerial skills along with core technical skills.

 

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.

• Experience with DCS, ESD, PLCs, and package control systems.

• Proficiency in software packages such as SPI, InstruCalc/CONVAL.

 

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.

• Experience working on mid to large scale chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.
