Automated Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automated Quality Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through automated testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in various country instances.
  • Extend the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to promote continuous alignment.
  • Work closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved.
  • Propose process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation.
  • Master all necessary tools and components required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Follow software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
