- A high degree of entrepreneurial aptitude, coupled with a willingness to take calculated risks in an early-stage startup environment.
- Proven experience in growth, business development, marketing, or fundraising.
- Strong execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.
- Alignment with our long-term vision and commitment to the company's future.
- An equity-based role with vesting (no fixed salary initially).
- A collaborative trial period (15–30 days) to ensure a strong fit before equity formalization.
