Lead Full Stack Developer Job Description

Xebo.ai is a multinational IT product-based firm with a vision to provide the best-in-class omnichannel platform for customer experience, employee experience, and market research. We help organizations capture feedback at multiple touchpoints, understand it in real-time, and deliver insights through our Simplified Survey, Customer Experience, Employee Satisfaction, Brand Tracking, and Awareness platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working in a startup environment and has previous experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms. You will be a great fit if you have hands-on experience in working with Angular, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, Microservices, and/or Messaging technologies. Additionally, your expertise in AWS stack, excellent architecture and designing skills, understanding of Big O notation, and a focus on code quality, performance, and execution will make you an ideal candidate.

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer lead who can own the product, create a long-term roadmap, and deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and mentoring the team in end-to-end product execution
• Working closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Leading technical discussions with customers and prospects

In this role, you will also be responsible for determining project requirements, developing work schedules for the team, delegating tasks, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will need to liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans will also be a critical part of your job description.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• A strong understanding of modern development frameworks and technologies
• Expert knowledge of React.js / Next.js, Node.js / Express.js, Python, Django, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB & SQL databases
• Experience with test automation and test-driven development
• Proficiency in working on cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
