We are looking for a senior full-stack developer lead who can own the product, create a long-term roadmap, and deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and mentoring the team in end-to-end product execution

• Leading technical discussions with customers and prospects

In this role, you will also be responsible for determining project requirements, developing work schedules for the team, delegating tasks, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. To succeed in this position, you will need:

• A strong understanding of modern development frameworks and technologies
• Expert knowledge of React.js / Next.js, Node.js / Express.js, Python, Django, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB & SQL databases
• Experience with test automation and test-driven development
• Proficiency in working on cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
