Image Retouching Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled Image Retouching Specialist who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality retouched images on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced photo retouching services for e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle brands
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure consistency and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and SOPs for retouching workflows
  • Coach and mentor junior retouchers to improve their skills and productivity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional image editing experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience working with DAM systems or automation tools
  • Familiarity with industry-standard image editing software and workflows
