This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Job Description:

As a Paid Social Manager at GrowthBuddy, you will oversee multiple client accounts, drive performance through campaign optimization, and build strong relationships with clients. You will focus on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts
  • Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
  • Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant
