A STEM instructor at a prestigious educational institution will engage in designing and implementing cutting-edge workshops and courses for teachers across various disciplines.

The role involves preparing comprehensive capacity building program plans, analyzing feedback on training programs, and developing detailed program frameworks based on thorough research of national and international reference materials.

Key responsibilities also include developing subject-specific resource materials, conducting research-based content development, and conceptualizing specialized instructional content to achieve workshop goals and objectives.

In addition, the STEM faculty member will be responsible for documenting and reporting progress on allocated tasks, as well as collaborating with teachers and team members to ensure effective task execution.
