The role of Senior Biostatistician is pivotal in driving statistical strategies and deliverables for our client's R&D sponsored clinical trials. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical part in shaping the direction of statistical analysis plans, study designs, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead biostatistical efforts for assigned studies and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study design, including protocol development, endpoint definition, and sample size estimation
  • Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), including mock tables, figures, and listings
  • Oversee statistical programming activities and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Provide statistical leadership in vendor oversight and manage CRO collaborations
  • Communicate project status to management and escalate issues or risks as needed
  • Contribute to the development and review of regulatory documents and publications
  • Perform quality control of statistical outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on statistical topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics
  • Proficiency in statistical programming using SAS and knowledge of R
  • Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and clinical trial designs
  • Experience with CDISC standards and their application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians
