Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement large-scale data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using Apache Spark Frameworks and Maven.
  • Implement data ingestion tools such as SQOOP and KAFKA, ensuring seamless integration with HDFS.
  • Work on query languages like Oracle SQL, Hive SQL, Spark SQL, Impala, and HBase DB, optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience in programming languages like JAVA, SCALA, and Unix Shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in working with Unix File system and HDFS commands, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Big data ecosystem components, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant certifications like Apache Hadoop or Spark Developer certification.
