Key Role:

This hands-on leadership position involves owning the architecture and development of an artificial intelligence platform, designing scalable infrastructure, leading a high-performing engineering team, and driving technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform
  • Designing and scaling complex systems and APIs to power automation workflows
  • Leading and mentoring a distributed engineering team with expertise in Python or comparable backend languages
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions into real-world environments
  • Driving technical execution across multiple projects with varying timelines and objectives

Essential Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure
  • Expertise in designing and scaling complex systems and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability
