  • We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for various sales events and promotions.

About the Role

  • Manage content requests from cross-functional teams in India, US, and UK, and ensure timely delivery of graphics packages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Organize project working files, product decks, photography, and other branding assets for seamless collaboration between teammates.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital graphic operations, creating deliverables in fast-paced environments.
  • Utilize proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design compelling visual content.
  • Showcase ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate with US-based teams using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain high-quality output.
  • Promote company values: Teamwork, Honesty, Commitment, Passion, and Positive Attitude.
  • Bonus consideration: Motion graphics or animation experience with Adobe After Effects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Associate's, High School, or GED degree with 3-4 years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet performance goals.
