Embedded Systems Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in development work on networking, security, and wireless software solutions for embedded systems. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance network and wireless solutions on various System-on-Chip (SoC) devices on OpenWRT platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-performance network and wireless solutions.
  • Testing and ensuring the quality of the developed solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components.
  • Porting Linux applications to multiple platform architectures.
  • Developing unit tests and automated test scripts frameworks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Linux kernel, bootloader, firmware management expertise.
  • System integration with Software Development Kits (SDKs)/Board Support Packages (BSPs) from SoC vendors.
  • Routing protocols, network protocols (L2/L3) integration.
  • SDK/BSP integrations with various chip vendors for Router devices.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of working in Linux kernel/drivers, C/C++.
  • Good understanding of Linux internals, device drivers, bootloader, system initialization, SDK/BSP integrations.
  • Experience in working with routing protocols and kernel modules.
  • Good understanding of the OpenWRT framework and architecture.
  • End-to-end design and develop new features and use-cases.
  • L2, L3 networking domain expertise.
  • Strong technical problem-solving & debugging skills.
  • Unit Test and Automated test scripts framework development.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Coordinate with vendors and product leads.

Desired Education:

  • BE / B.Tech (CSE), ME/M.Tech (ECE/EEE/IT) or any equivalent qualification.
