IT Service Management Product Owner

As a product owner, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap for IT service management and delivery. This includes aligning product goals with customer needs and business objectives.
You will also lead program increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with agile teams to develop and prioritize the PI backlog.
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery is another key responsibility. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer journey and overall experience.
Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management is crucial. You will facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and feedback.
Developing strategies to optimize the hybrid work environment for both employees and customers is also essential. Implementing tools and processes that support collaboration and productivity in a hybrid setting is a key aspect of this role.
Defining KPIs and metrics to measure the success of IT service management initiatives is critical. Regularly reviewing performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments is also necessary.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and sales to drive product success is important. Mentoring and supporting team members in agile methodologies and best practices is also a key responsibility.
