Physical Verification Engineer

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining physical verification flows.">
  • This includes conceptualizing, developing, and improving Physical Verification (PV) flows, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet their needs.">
  • Key responsibilities include developing flow and rule deck development for various technology nodes using state-of-the-art tools, working on DRC, LVS, and ERC implementation, and providing expert-level support for PV challenges.">

In addition to the above duties, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of design rule checks (DRC) and layout versus schematic (LVS) runsets, with the ability to write from scratch or modify existing ones.

Proficiency in integration and tech setup of Calibre LVS with StarRC/QRC and other extraction tools is also essential. Experience with FINFET, Planar, SOI, and PMIC process technologies, as well as mask layout design, is highly valued.

Other requirements include good communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Unix, Perl, and TCL.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a hands-on PDK role.">
  • Expertise in Calibre/ICV runset coding for DRC/LVS/ERC/PERC/ESD/Latch-up/Antenna.">
