- Work closely with local engagement teams to drive initiatives that elevate employee engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day employee and manager inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Effectively manage and resolve employee relation queries.
- Support people processes, including progressive discipline and performance management.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between HR departments to provide an exceptional experience for employees and candidates.
