Location Scheduling Specialist Role

The Location Scheduling Specialist plays a pivotal role in maximizing the time utilization of field consultants while fostering trusting relationships with assigned staff and operations Management.

Responsibilities include managing timeliness of assigned orders, coordinating production schedules for all assigned field staff, providing exceptional customer service, and establishing efficient schedules for assigned staff.

This entails organizing and populating schedules for internal customers through defined methods and coordination with external customers in addition to developing visit agendas.

Takes complete ownership of scheduling and agenda process. Interacts with clients and brokers daily and follows best practices to meet Service Level Objectives to provide high levels of client satisfaction.

Operates as a vital member of the scheduling services team focused on customer experience, schedule efficiency, and logistics to support assigned field service personnel.

Routinely coordinates with work assignment, ESD management, and field service management. Continually reviews processes for opportunity to leverage technology for efficiency gains which lead to enhanced client experience.

Their efforts directly contribute to the execution of operations objectives.
