As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will oversee the entire product development and procurement cycle.

You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and innovative materials across the globe, and implementing them in our product portfolio.

Additionally, you will analyze sales data to gain insights into fast-moving versus slow-moving products, and introduce new styles to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Sourcing & Vendor Management
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors with strong sustainability practices, and onboard those that meet our standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and lead times while upholding our commitment to sustainability.
Product Development & Innovation

Collaborate with our design and production teams to source cutting-edge, eco-friendly raw materials and trims.

Manage the sampling process against tight deadlines to ensure readiness for photo shoots and final production.

Stay abreast of global trends in sustainable textiles and implement relevant innovations.

Operational Excellence
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sourcing process, from vendor identification to product delivery.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance and conduct regular reviews.
Demand Forecasting

Analyze sales data to monitor stock movements for reordering best-sellers.

Develop demand plans and allocate production orders by channel to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the sourcing team with a focus on speed, innovation, and execution excellence.
  • Build and leverage a robust vendor network to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and deliver results under pressure.
