About the Role

This is a high-profile position that oversees post-commercialization quality handover processes and ensures smooth transitions between Product and Service teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional governance to provide quality input and alignment on product withdrawals, ensuring timely resolutions with documented corrective actions.
  2. Manage customer satisfaction by defining technical support structures and SLA agreements for end-of-life products, driving proactive support and continuous improvement efforts.
  3. Oversee standardized quality handover processes to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective quality governance frameworks, promoting quality assurance during product withdrawal phases.
