We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant - Application Protection to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients in protecting their web and mobile applications from cyber threats.

Job Description:

  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing: Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of web and mobile applications to identify potential security risks and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Application Security Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest application security research and trends, and provide expertise on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Client Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored advice and guidance on application security best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our product engineering team to identify and address security vulnerabilities in our products.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in application security.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies, and a strong understanding of web and mobile application security.
  • Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
