Investment Credit Analyst

A key role exists within our Investment Research & Analytics team for a highly motivated and analytical Credit Analyst to join our firm.

This position will provide the opportunity to work closely with senior researchers, applying fundamental analysis and data-driven techniques to support investment recommendations and portfolio monitoring.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of issuers across industries, including capital structure, covenant, and cash flow assessments.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models covering three-statement forecasting, scenario analysis, and recovery modeling.
  • Prepare clear and concise investment memos, relative value assessments, and recommendations to support portfolio decisions.
  • Monitor existing portfolio positions and update models based on earnings, event-driven developments, and market shifts.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2–5 years of experience in credit research, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Strong academic background; CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and covenant analysis.
  • Familiarity with high yield, distressed, and investment grade markets.
  • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights.
