We are seeking a dedicated Career Mentor to join our academic support team. As a Career Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students on their academic pathways.

• Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance students' academic, personal, and social growth.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions to students, addressing their concerns and challenges.
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Conduct group mentoring sessions to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions and provide regular progress reports.
