">Role Overview

We're seeking a visionary People and Culture Manager to spearhead our company's cultural transformation. As the driving force behind shaping our workplace culture, you'll champion talent acquisition and design systems that prioritize creativity, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culture, Engagement & Experience
    • Lead initiatives to foster inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration.
    • Develop programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication.
    • Act as a culture ambassador—actively listening to team sentiment and taking proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
  • Talent & Retention Strategy
    • Establish strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
    • Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
    • Owning and evolving the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
  • Performance & Growth Enablement
    • Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability.
    • Partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
    • Foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks.
  • Policy, Compliance & HR Ops
    • Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and in line with Indian labor laws.
    • Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
    • Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration with the Finance team.
  • People Intelligence & Insights
    • Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.
    • Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
  • Employer Branding
    • Own the company's employer brand on platforms like —showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to build Bold and Beyond's reputation as a workplace of choice.
