Senior Web Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering complex web projects.

  • Drive eCommerce strategy and implementation across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and implementation.
  • Provide industry insights and recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of eCommerce technologies and platforms.
  2. Leverage this expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive project delivery.
  3. Mentor and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex web projects, preferably on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform.
  • Experience with full end-to-end eCommerce implementations, preferably on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with integration needs with SAP ERP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, fluency in English is a must.
