Graphic Design Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as we expand our creative capabilities.

The role involves delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

About the Role

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and develop interactive communication designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends around the globe, and translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
  • Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of the task.
  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time constraints.
  • Presentation finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches, and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively work by coordinating handoffs, sharing context, and aligning on shared goals.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches.
  • Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
  • Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
