Senior Software Engineer

You will collaborate with our Product and Design teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical approach to building features and ensuring their successful deployment.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a passion for learning new technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, and other systems.
  • Participate in scrum activities and work collaboratively with Support, Product Management, and other Service Teams.
  • Contribute to the development of microservices and frontend development, testing, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Technical Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Node.js, C++, Python.
  • Experience in building interfaces, such as JSON REST APIs and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with front-end scripting, including JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, KnockoutJS.
  • Knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with container-based deployment, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Additionally, proficiency in one or more of Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis.
  • Experience with test frameworks like Postman/Newman, JUnit, Enzyme, Jest, Karma, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.
  • Proficiency with distributed source control, including Git.
  • Experience with build tools such as Gradle, Maven, Webpack, Npm, Yarn.
  • Experience with continuous deployment tools like TeamCity, Jenkins.
  • Working experience within a Linux-based environment.
  • Familiarity with log analysis tools and debugging tools.
  • Functional Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Oracle.
  • Experience developing distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum.
  • Experience using ticket tracking systems, such as JIRA.
  • Able to translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
  • Able to quickly pick up new languages and technologies.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently on projects even while designs evolve.
  • Strong desire to stay updated on new technologies and services.
  • Passionate about learning.
  • Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration.
  • Able to deliver basic functionality and iterate.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and clinical applications is a plus.
