Cash Management Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's liquidity, ensuring sufficient cash flow to meet both daily operational needs and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models to accurately predict future cash requirements.
  • Oversee cash positions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on optimizing working capital.
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of fund transfers, payments, and receipts.

Treasury Operations Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure access to a broad range of banking products and services at competitive rates.
  • Lead negotiations on banking terms, including fees, interest rates, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements.
  • Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of corporate bank accounts globally, ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on liquidity, debt, and investment performance to senior management and the Board.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on funding strategies, capital structure, and cash management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of treasury-related audits, compliance reports, and regulatory filings.
