Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Server Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing server infrastructure.

This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers, monitoring server performance, and ensuring optimal operation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing regular backups and disaster recovery testing, as well as applying patches, updates, and security configurations to protect against vulnerabilities.

The ServiceNow Administrator will perform day-to-day operations/tasks/activities of IT Service Management processes using the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities include administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, configuring and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to meet business requirements.

The ServiceNow CMDB Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate representation of infrastructure and application assets. Key Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB, configuring and customizing ServiceNow CMDB modules, developing and maintaining CMDB data models, relationships, business rules, workflows, and automation scripts.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux), experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with ServiceNow Administration, configuration, and customization, as well as knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Administration, configuration, and customization
