About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in application monitoring and join our organization as a seasoned professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and configure Dynatrace for effective operational application management, ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.
  • Investigate user concerns, perform root cause analysis, and identify recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Configure alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk, define and refine alerts, and integrate Dynatrace alerts into incident management systems.
  • Analyze and optimize application code for error handling and alerting, promoting robustness and reliability.
  • Manage synthetic monitoring and alarm management, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is required.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with a focus on ongoing improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • Project management skills to oversee tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
