  4. Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.">
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.">
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.">
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.">
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.">
