We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with 6-12 months of experience to join our team.

>

This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, content creation, community engagement, and tracking performance across all platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation and Publishing

- Develop engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in tone and style.

Community Management

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner to enhance community engagement.- Manage and grow social media audiences across platforms by engaging with followers and identifying potential influencers for collaboration.

Campaign Support

- Assist in executing social media campaigns for launches, events, and promotions, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's goals.- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to boost content and manage paid social campaigns as needed.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing insights into audience growth, engagement, and the performance of individual posts and campaigns.- Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports to identify areas for improvement and success.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.- Recommend new ideas, tools, and creative strategies to drive innovation and audience engagement.

Competitor Analysis

- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month.
