Job Opportunity:

A remote role available in Singapore for a cloud computing professional.

The ideal candidate will work on implementing, managing and troubleshooting AWS technologies.

The working hours and public holidays will follow Singapore's norms.

This is a 1 year renewable contract.

Responsibilities include maintaining, managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure.

Candidate must have proficient skills in operating systems like AWS Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

The ideal candidate must be able to resolve IT infrastructure issues proactively.

High-quality technical documentation is expected from the chosen candidate.

Out-of-hours work may be required based on the schedule.

New cloud technologies must be onboarded by the candidate, with challenges to existing implementation in a professional manner.

Cloud security activities are also expected from the ideal candidate.

The candidate must comply with ITSM/ITIL methodologies in day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure.

Requirements:


•Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is a must.


•At least 3 years of experience in AWS Cloud or related field is required.


•Knowledge of cloud security tools like Checkpoint, Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Detective is necessary.


•Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent is a requirement.

•Build Tools/CI/Virtual: AWS DevOps, Jenkins


•Containers Environment: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS


•Cloud Technologies: Amazon Web Services


•Automation/Scripting Languages: Terraform, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python


•Databases: MySQL


•Others: Ansible*

Professional Certifications:


•AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA)


•Red Hat Certified Engineer or related Linux certifications


•Relevant Cloud Security certificates
