Process Developer with Month End Closing Expertise

Overview: Genpact is an equal opportunity employer seeking an accounting graduate with prior experience in fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing activities.
About the Role: As a Process Developer, you will be responsible for producing quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements. Your duties will include reporting & consolidations, reviewing and posting of month-end journal entries, preparing and reviewing balance sheet accounts reconciliations, handling quarterly intercompany processes, and resolving balancing items. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bcom, BBA, Mcom, or MBA degree and excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience. A CA Inter degree and significant experience in general ledger are preferred. Good interpersonal skills and SME knowledge of accounting concepts are also essential.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
