Job Opportunity: Account and Purchase Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant position at Architect And Associates Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Assistance: Vendor Management, overseeing purchase decisions, making Purchase orders
  • Accounts Assistance: Day-to-day tasks related to accounts, coordinating financial transactions, Tally Must be proficient in using Tally and Excel
Qualifications:
  • For Accounts Post:
    • Accounting experience of minimum 2-3 years
    • Proficiency in Tally and Excel
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • For Purchase Post:
    • Experience in Purchase Architecture & Interior Fit-out Preferred (2-3 Yr. Experience)
    • Vendor Management
    • Strong organisational and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Must be able to travel to Mumbai.

Responsible for purchasing and managing vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services, as well as maintaining and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing daily operations related to accounts and purchases
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Requirements:
