As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale digital transformation projects for government entities at central and state levels. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strategic relationships with senior-level officials within government ministries, states, UTs, and their departments. This role requires understanding their challenges, proposing innovative digital solutions leveraging emerging technologies, and managing initiatives to align with our mission of digital transformation for public good.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Strategic Partnerships:
  • Initiate and nurture long-term partnerships with senior government officials, understanding their challenges and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Sustain and grow existing engagements through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve breakthroughs with new initiatives and projects in accounts with existing traction.
  • Engage new clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, to build foundational relationships.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within the government ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships at the highest bureaucratic levels within government.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their use cases is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
