Human Resource Officer Job Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and mid-year reviews
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
