Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable, and transaction accounting including R2R.
  • Oversee tax preparation, including direct and indirect taxes.
  • Prepare monthly statutory financials in compliance with GAAP.
  • Lead the statutory audit of quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financials.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure accurate accounting and truthful financial statements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to functional teams to achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
