Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive quality across all aspects of software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Design and develop comprehensive test cases to ensure complete coverage of features and functionalities
  • Perform formal and exploratory testing to identify defects and issues
  • Automate E2E tests using Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing time
  • Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure all features and functionalities meet required standards
  • Review test cases and auto tests to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with developers to identify root cause of issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Work with DevOps team to ensure test environments are stable and well-maintained
  • Communicate complex issues to Business and Technical teams to ensure everyone is aware of status and progress
  • Report test results to stakeholders to ensure they are informed and up-to-date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of proven experience as a test engineer in software development
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proven experience as QA Engineer or similar role
  • Experience in testing of complex web applications
  • Knowledge of Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, such as Gitlab CI
  • Knowledge and experience in API testing (Postman or any other similar tool)
  • Ability to lead testing activities during Sprint/Release
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies
