Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to spearhead the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend services.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products by developing, optimizing, and maintaining Spring Boot microservices, API integrations, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with SQL/MySQL experts to optimize database performance through schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
  • Debug complex technical issues in production environments using sound problem-solving skills.
  • Work with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments and ensure smooth collaboration with other teams.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.
Required Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for professionals with at least 5–8 years of backend development experience in Java.

  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling) is crucial.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are necessary for resolving complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization is desired.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for success in this role.
