Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with painters for indoor and outdoor tasks.
  • Estimate material requirements, assign duties, evaluate progress, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with surface preparation tools, airless spray equipment, coating thickness gauges, and dry abrasive blasting apparatus.
  • Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies and vendors for specialized coating applications.
  • Inspect and verify coating damage, rectify accordingly.
  • Document compliance and create reports according to regulations.
  • Manage humidity and DFT for subsequent coating applications.
  • Properly store and handle paint materials and abrasives in controlled conditions.
  • Oversee subordinate supervisors to ensure production steps are followed.
  • Calculate and estimate paint material requirements based on surface area to be coated.
  • Monitor sales/export orders and track delivery.
  • Supervise production/quality control of finished products.

Required Skills:

  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to estimate material requirements and manage inventory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of coating processes and materials.
  • Ability to work with third-party agencies and vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
