The Job

  • Drive innovation in app-driven cloud and hybrid solutions designed to accelerate time-to-value across network planning, engineering and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate strategy with stakeholders
  • Implement test strategy while leading teams with direct and indirect reports
  • Assist in project risk analysis, testing scope and scheduling
  • Identify level of test coverage required and weak areas
  • Liaise with Project Leads and Departmental Managers on schedule impact, test coverage, etc.
  • Establish testing practices and department organization
  • Prioritize and allocate resources to multiple projects
  • Lead tools development for Engineering Efficiency and Infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Experience with build-to-test automation, continuous integration
  • Automated testing & test-driven development
  • Excellent Python programming skills with Pytest
  • Agile/Lean software development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domains: Unix, Linux, RTOS, SQL, database management, Linux system configuration, Network Functions Virtualization, Open protocol standards such as Diameter and/or REST interfaces
