Commodity traders are essential to the global economy, playing a crucial role in connecting buyers and sellers of commodities.

This position requires a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial instruments and a proven ability to manage trading activities, build relationships, and generate profitable strategies aligned with risk management policy.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing commodity markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. They will execute trades within assigned commodities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The trader's portfolio will be managed to ensure profitability and alignment with market strategies. Strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other market participants will be built and maintained.

Risk management is crucial in this role, with strategies developed to mitigate risks and ensure stable returns through hedging instruments with domestic and overseas commodity exchanges and banks.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports on market activity, trading performance, and strategic recommendations will be prepared.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. MBA/PGDM in Finance is a plus. Relevant experience in commodity trading, metals trading, and proficiency in trading software and platforms are highly desirable.

Knowledge of risk management principles and tools, as well as a strong understanding of global commodity markets, including market drivers and trading strategies, are essential for success in this role.
