Web Experience Developer

We're seeking a skilled professional to craft high-quality web experiences for our marketing properties. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts, focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, running regular audits to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Measure key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates, traffic, and bounce rates.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow, leveraging observations and learning to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive web experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social/external platform tracking.
  • Custom code expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality.
  • Responsive layout expertise.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and deadline-driven mindset.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development, with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
