We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cath Lab operations and acute cardiac care management. They should possess strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions
  • Perform interventional procedures such as coronary angioplasty and stent placement
  • Pacemaker and device implantations (ICD, CRT, etc.)
  • Emergency interventions for acute myocardial infarction
  • Provide round-the-clock support for acute cardiac emergencies and Cath Lab cases

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, and others. They will also participate in academic training, CMEs, and hospital quality improvement programs.

Qualifications:
  • MBBS from a recognized medical college
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Cardiology) or equivalent DNB (Cardiology) from an NMC-recognized institute
  • Strong expertise in interventional cardiology procedures (angioplasty, stenting, device implantation, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in Cath Lab operations and acute cardiac care management
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure tertiary care hospital settings
