Job Title: Digital Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and deliver complex solutions across client implementations.

  • Create and manage project plans, prioritize work and assist team leads in providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for the team and assist team members in all phases of delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop intricate configurations for clients, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Manage data conversion activities related to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Coordinate with team leads for project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
  • Multitask and engage on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver solutions for at least one of Workday module Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Identify scope, gaps and address them accordingly.
  • Recognize key stakeholders in the project.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
  • Gather requirements, assess complexity and define development timelines.
  • Design test scenarios, create test scripts and provide support during feature releases.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Drive operational excellence and lead transformative projects.
Requirements:
  • Proficient technical and functional skills for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude.

They should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required.
