Accounting Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits.

Daily tasks include data entry, verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software (Tally, Tally ERP)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standard auditing procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with international accounting standards is a plus

This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and prior experience working with financial software.

About the Role

The Junior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining ledgers, journals, and other financial records
  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies
  • Assisting with audits and providing support to external auditors

You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Tally and basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

You will also need to have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and prior experience working with financial software.
