We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a BIM Technician.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
  • Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
