Job Title: Manager of Transition Excellence

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for project management and customer satisfaction?

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple transitions, ensuring successful project execution, and driving customer delight.

  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer concerns.
  • Conduct governance calls and meetings to facilitate internal and customer communication.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of transition team members.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to identify training needs within the team.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and collaborate with customers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and other sales support initiatives.
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project plans, and assign resources based on solution complexity and priorities.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation to achieve seamless customer experience.
  • Promote optimization of the transition methodology, reducing time, costs, risks, and improving quality.
  • Lead risk management efforts, understanding business and operational risks, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis and due diligence of potential projects, supporting solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree

Experience: 10+ years in BPO/BPM background
