System Architect Job Description

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable distributed systems to support internal workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable backend systems using automated pipelines and ML models.

  • Create and deploy high-performance distributed systems to drive business growth.
  • Design and develop robust and resilient backend systems to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Build analytical tools to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics.
  • Maintain and improve system architecture as we continue to scale.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled System Architect with a strong background in designing and building scalable reusable products/components. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience designing and building scalable reusable products/components.
  • Demonstrated skills and understanding of microservices and systems design.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent working knowledge of relational database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Experience in designing, developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including load testing, profiling, and the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in backend systems.
  • Understanding of backend security principles, encryption, authentication, and authorization.
